"Don't Look Back In Anger"This is a featured page

As you may guess, this page is devoted to that ever on-going piece of work "Don't Look Back In Anger". Any ideas from anybody are welcome. There are two versions currently running.

The misleadingly named "Definitive" version, which is the raw work, forming the core of the story, establishing characters and themes. It's also as mad as a march hare; it doesn't even have a fixed perspective! Feel free to do almost ANYTHING with this version because we have.....

The edited version. This work is, as it sounds, the edited copy of the "Definitive" version. The characters, races and ideas are fleshed out, and a stroyline (heaven forbid) will emerge. Some characters have changed, but its still the same epic at heart. This is behind the "Definitive" copy, as this version is still in the process of being rewritten from the original. The person (largely) in charge of this is Sawendro, with Archaon providing additional material, and Children being (occasionally) consulted.

For both versions, there are downloads available at the bottom of the page.

Enjoy!

Right peeps, Update time, for anyone who's still interested.

work on this project is progressing (shock horror etc). due to University commitments needing to be made by both myself and Sawendro, we have had to take a sabaticle from this project, although we did still hold MSN confrences, and we managed to work out pretty much what we want, though it's still pretty flexible.
basicly, now that work has begun again, we've taken a step back from what we already have, and between us, we've been attempting to create a back-story, or a supporting framework for our ideas. Currently this consists of history, sociology and so on about the (Blood) Marinii, a sub-faction within them, which i don't believe is mentioned in any current version, The Weria, and their origins, and the little-mentioned Kroat, whom we are giving a good fleshing out.
we also intend to create backstories for all the existing characters, though some have been altered considerably from what is written on these psted versions.

Also, Sawendro has involved some friends from Uni in this project, and the result is that the new home for the DLBiA project is Here. It is a wetpaint wiki.

we are still looking for input from the community, so please come along and drop some ideas.

Sorry to have taken so long, but we have all been playing the game of life these last 6 or 7 months, though we are now beggining to get back into it
